Friday July 21st, 2006--New Stuff
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A long week, but fun. Scott and Alison Kaz showed up unexpectedly, then they left--came back again and left again, but not before Steven Ternosky and Stella arrived. Full house. I slept on the floor as only the good host would do--gotta keep the guests comfortable.
Yes, the site is back together and after dissassembling and reassembling it is better than ever. No more broken links--well, not too many anyway. I can recall any image I desire at a moment's notice. Kick ass.
Do you care? Not at all. Here's some photos (I'm starting with the oldest first, expect more tomorrow or after the weekend).

Fourth of July--La Jolla, CA at Sunshine Court

Party at my house--Fourth of July. Be there.
Brooke
Another one Here (she will undoubtedly hate these pictures)
People came and did this stuff
Suzy Leonardy came down and said, "BOOYAWWW!!"
Ex-neighbor Brian Cooper wanted to check out his old house
another one here.
We did some swimming in the cove and it was a good thing. Then the lights were turned down so we could see the fireworks.
This dude thought it was too loud (thanks to Ryan Leonardy for pointing this out)
Booms
Another one here and Here
Seeing that picture above just reminded me that I need to go over to their house and make sure that Mr. Wellington is fed and see if he wants to come over to play at my house.
Suzy Leonardy always does this kind of stuff. Who doesn't?
Another freaky blur with Suz.
Brooke and another one of Suzy
Brooke and Julie. She's nice. Where's Donnie?
Here he is, Throwing the SHAKA!!!
Gimp grilled pineapples and those things were good.

Sorry, I almost forgot to mention that my friend Mike Ternosky asked his honey Nikky (sp?) to marry him on some exotic Mediterranean island. The AP is reporting that the question was asked via Mike T's ass.
Specifically, the question, "Marry Me" was on the #2 end of a Speedo brand bathing suit / grape smuggler. Thanks Mike T., now I can't use that.

Wednesday July 19th, 2006--Almost Done
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The new material is being uploaded and so far there are no broken links (on my end). For some reason I'm finding that some of the old webpages are not linking up right--please let me know if you see any of these broken links and I'll get to them right away.
There will be some point where I'll have to go through all the pages and check this myself and at that time I'll start deleting some of the old/lame webpages. Prepare yourself.

Saturday July 16th, 2006--Site Remodeling In Progress!!! (Updated)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok people, who farted?
Sorry about that, I don't know what got into me just there.
It may be that I am in a state of shock and perhaps a state of awe at the amount of traffic this site has seen over the years. Trust me, I've just looked over the numbers and they are amazin--the first month I have statistics is June 2002 and I had a total of 44 "Total Hits" and 41 "Total Unique Sites". Last month (June 2006) we had 2211 "Total Hits" and 2096 "Total Unique Sites".
Right now, some of you are saying to yourself, "Self, what the dang hell do they mean by Total Hits and what the dang fangle is a Unique Site?"
Well, your guess is as good as mine, but these measurements are supposed to give an estimate to the number of people visiting prafterdotcom. I've read very little on this, but this is one of the biggest problems in measuring the popularity of a website because a "Visit" only counts for the first 30 minutes and yadda yadda yadda. Whaddyou care about this? Probably not much, but it's a nice thing to see... that there are people (or perhaps evil swarms of computer "bots") that are visiting prafterdotcom.
Time for advertising!!!??? Not yet.

Something new that was heard today is that the Brendan Borek Documentary will be finished in time for the Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund events this year. My source is the mysterious and debonaire Patrick John Chapman (see his webpage here) who is in charge of editing the movie. Scott Soens (see his webpage here) shot all the film for the movie (except for some snippets of Brendan on 16mm that his dad shot in the '70s) and lots of video from various peeps (one of those peeps is co-directing it I think, but I can't remember his name). Anyway, this is meant to hype what is bound to be an amazing film. To all those characters in charge of the movie--make sure to make a trailer that I can put up on You Tube. Or, send me the trailer you guys already made.

We (the Prafterdotcom Conglomerate) are under renovation.
So don't get your panties in a bunch if you can't load your favorite page--all your favorite webpages on prafterdotcom are being updated to our new server technology. You won't notice a thing, well, maybe a little pinch, but when it's all over (it's been on-going for the past week) things will run much smoother at prafterdotcom. Broken links? No more. Lack of "Photo of the Week" updates? Well, we can't promise too much, but that feature will be much easier to update with our new technology. Tired of looking at the same boring, old photos of the same people over and over again? Well, you're in luck because we found a huge amount of images that were previously posted on this site, but were somehow pushed off into the dark crevices of the 13th floor of the prafterdotcom building. It was really hard to get all the spider webs off.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We do have one "real" news item for the prafterdotcom audience and I know you'll all appreciate this because it's a movie! Actually, two movies! And you can see this guy touching his jibblies in on of them!
Ok, so here are the links to two videos for you. The first is Paul and Lorrie Logan in their childhood and the second video is of their wedding. Fun, fun, fun.
Of course, the prafterdotcom staff doesn't want to criticize (it's very unlike us), but why all the photos of Paul crying Mom and Dad? Well, at least when he's not crying, he was a semi-cute little baby (that's all your getting from us PJ)...

2. http://www.streamload.com/Chinashop/EL/WPOO1GLN8T/Goodnight_and_Goodbye.mpg
P.S. To PJ and Lorrie, let me know if you want these videos uploaded to You Tube--it's a little easier to share them that way.

Friday July 7th, 2006--New Book: Me Likey
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just read this review of a book by Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) and he sounds like a smart, straight-talking dude. View the review here. I think I'm buying it.
